Once agreed fees are paid, ownership of the final project deliverables transfers as set out in the applicable proposal. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party materials remain subject to their original licences.
04Confidentiality & care
Both parties should protect confidential information shared during a project. We use reasonable care in delivering services, while no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
